It Is a Popular Quote From Someone Who Doesn’t Remember their Lies

“If you tell the truth you don’t have to remember anything”.-attributed to Mark Twain

I’ll leave you with this: those who loudly claim they are being harassed and stalked are often the ones engaging in such behavior themselves. Similarly, individuals who feel the need to call reporters to boast about how “well-known” they are usually aren’t as prominent as they claim. Attempting to justify or cover up unethical behavior by aligning with others who act the same way does not make anyone appear legitimate.

Operating as an illegal rescue is exactly that—illegal. You cannot rescue dogs under another rescue’s license, period. You cannot solicit funds for animal care without being a registered nonprofit organization. Furthermore, it is unethical and against regulations for one rescue to collect donations and then transfer the animal—and the funds—to another rescue. Ultimately, the original rescue remains legally responsible for that animal’s welfare.

You have consistently failed to consider both sides of the story during investigations, instead choosing to focus on one perspective and pursuing it without question. This approach results in chaos and false accusations, leaving you surprised when others call out your missteps. Experienced and respected investigators have attempted to explain the distinctions between facts, feelings, and the law to you. These professionals, who are established in the private investigation field, are known for conducting credible investigations, producing well-written reports, and earning recognition and compensation for their work.

Let’s address some of the behaviors you’ve criticized others for in the past—behaviors you, yourself, have also engaged in.

There have been multiple occasions when you left your dogs in a car, justifying it because the car was running. Yet, you’ve publicly condemned others for doing the same. Should someone who claims to be a rescuer be leaving their own pets in a car? At any moment, your vehicle could shut off without your knowledge, or the heating or cooling system could fail, putting your pets at serious risk.

You may not realize it, but it takes very little time for extreme heat or cold to harm animals, depending on the temperature. As someone who claims to advocate for animal welfare, it’s crucial to hold yourself to the same standards you expect of others.

You have been quick to criticize the practices of others’ businesses, yet your own may not stand up to scrutiny. If the state were to conduct a thorough review of the client records you submitted during your “training period,” how would they compare? Would they be able to verify the legitimacy of those clients and confirm the work you claimed to have completed?

Is it ethical or advisable to establish your own business simply because other organizations declined to hire you? Especially when it required multiple attempts—three or four—to successfully pass the required certification exam (allegedly)?

Is it appropriate to mock others for having store-bought enhancements, facelifts, or weight loss surgery when you have undergone the same procedures yourself? It seems your criticism may stem from insecurity about your own appearance, unlike others who have learned to be comfortable in their own skin.

As for the “Rave look” at Publix, if that’s your style, then so be it. Wishing you a wonderful rest of 2024.
